These one-hour classes are by appointment and may be scheduled during the weekdays or during available times on weekends. Any style class (aerial, floor yoga, or belly dance) is available as a private class.
$200 for a 1.5 hour party rental -- this includes a 45-minute Aerial Yoga session for up to 10 people, and 45-minute use of the Lounge for your refreshments/gifts/ etc. Plus, you may arrive 15 minutes early to set-up and stay 15 minutes later to clean-up. Private parties may be flexibly scheduled, based on availability.
AERIAL Yoga... Founded in yoga principles of alignment and effectiveness, you will stretch, tone, play, laugh and rest. Suitable for beginners and all levels. 60 min.
AERIAL AcroFitness... This class is a fun and challenging mix of aerial acrobatics and fitness. Aerial AcroFitness will involve more strength and advanced moves than Aerial Yoga. 60 min.
AERIAL Stretch & Relax ... Using aerial silks for support with mellow stretching, slow movements and deep relaxation, this class is ideal for beginners and anyone looking for a way to unwind. 60 min.

FLOOR Gentle Yoga... A mild, floor yoga class with gentle stretching, mellow movements and opportunities for deep relaxation. Great for beginners, older yogis, individuals with chronic pain, or anyone looking to de-stress. 60 min (unless otherwise stated as a 30 min "Relax" class)
